What is the payment plan for buying a Alexandra Mansions property?
To reserve an Alexandra Mansions apartment, it requires a £5000 deposit, a £400 searches fee and an admin fee of £299 + VAT.
Once your solicitor receives the draft contract pack, you will have 6 weeks to exchange contracts with a 10% deposit (minus the reservation deposit). Completion will take place five working days after the building completion certificate is issued. The reservation deposit will be deducted from the 10% exchange deposit.
